I especially like “Write down the question you want to answer.” I’m so used to writing my to do list and gola, but those are in statement form. It’s much more interesting to write down the questions first so one doesn’t rush to a conclusion before all the information is gathered. As leaders, we often believe that we are paid to get results, foster change, make things happen so we tend to rush into decision mode before we’ve asked all the questions to determine the facts.

Also, I really enjoyed the video about the heart shaped tub/boat. Too cute!!
