I think this is right on target. I’m a baby-boomer and while there are some differences between all labeled generations, in the end, just as you pointed out, we all mature and end up wanting pretty much the same thing and getting on board with what we need to do to reach those goals.

Jeff is a memorable speaker and one of my very favorites. He delivers great wisdom in a common sense and humorous fashion which not only connect with the listener, but he creates fun which becomes a part of the entire experience. When I looked around the room at Jeff’s presentations, I saw people laughing until tears came but I also saw epiphany as Jeff hits his profound messages home! Keep it coming, Jeff!!
