You missed:
– People who sing out loud (often off-key) to the music in their earphones in a cubicle environment
– People who tap on their desks as though it were a drum while they are on phone calls
– People who NEVER empty their rotting food from the fridge
– People who can’t sit still and are constantly moving a body part during meetings that result in the conference table shaking and your inability to take legible notes
To name a few off the top of my head. 🙂

In reply to Ann Gulledge. I don't disagree with that! Funny enough we just filmed a video on Bathroom etiquette. It was a sad day to know that companies needed that sort of training.

How about talking on the phone in the bathroom? There should be a law against this in my opinion!
