You are absolutely correct. Taking creativity away from people only hurts the results. No 2 people think alike but when working together can come up with some really interesting ideas and conclusions.

Well done. However, sticking to ‘Results’ over ‘Process’ is going to alienate the micro-managers in the audience. I agree about the sloth. ‘Soda’, not ‘pop’.
